On the basis of the brief we receive from the Client, our research aims to identify professional resources who fit the searched position, in terms of personal features and professional experience.
Through the headhunting research, internet advertisement on our website and our rich and up-to-date database we are able to approach Managers operating in different sectors, so as to satisfy the often complex Client requests. Through our searching activities we are able to find out the most suitable candidates and we can also supply a detailed insight of the analysed sector and of its organization.

Selecting people means that we are able to assess and chose them.
We pay great attention to this step of the recruitment process, since we want to provide our Clients with potential candidates' profiles who can really satisfy their needs.
For this reason, our interview with the candidate aims to emphasize the balance among three elements: candidate's personal profile, his professional experience and his motivation to change.
Human resource is the key element for a company: any new employment must represent the premise for a future success.

The natural consequence of selection activities is the intervention on the organization. On request, we are also able to carry out ad hoc projects concerning position descriptions, definition of organization charts, climate analysis.
Individual Assessment
This device enables to evaluate strengths and improvement areas of individuals and their coherence with the values and managerial skills requested by the company.
It can be used:
• in the final step of the selection, to assess the suitability of the candidate who is going to be employed, his growth potentiality, his leadership or other key characteristics that may assure a positive entry in the company organization;
• to assess a person who is already working in the company, in case of possible promotions, etc.
Moreover the assessment allows to identify suitable interventions to improve people, in terms of performance, individual satisfaction and training needs.
Interviews are held by professional psychologists.
Assessment di gruppo
According to the objectives and the competences we have to assess - these are defined together with the Client - we carry out ad hoc Focus Group or Group Dynamics. The process is supervised by a psychologist and supported by one ore more senior consultants who act as observers.
We often combine Group Assessment with Individual Assessment to make the process more effective and to assure an exhaustive valuation, both in terms of individual skills and of organization needs of the Client.
Final report includes the analysis of results, information and advices on the right placement of each person within the company structure and the necessary actions to support personal and professional development.
