REF. 3062: REVENUE GROWTH MANAGER – SOUTH EUROPE

CLIENT: Global FMCG Multinational leader worldwide in its sector

JOB PURPOSE: To drive sustainable and efficient business growth in evolving consumer product goods environment. Understanding revenue growth and how to most efficiently drive net sales, profit, market and volume share is vital to delivering overall business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop long-term vision & strategy and provides thought leadership to build and execute a strategic RGM.
  • Serve the company as a key member of the Commercial Finance Team with a keen understanding of the business and how to enable sustainable net revenue growth.
  • Work to ensure the achievement of RGM financial plans and supporting execution initiatives
  • Oversees RGM in-market team’s developing and disseminating capabilities, metrics and KPI’s to measure performance and compliance
  • Continually improving business performance by conducting analyses and developing insights to drive velocity and net revenue growth
  • Collaborate and partner with cross-functional team (including marketing, finance, IT) to develop revenue management strategies and to drive alignment and deployment
  • Support the development a robust portfolio strategy and price architecture to reflect the organization’s changing requirements and a dynamic competitive landscape
  • Provide pricing-related insights and perspective related to competitor activities, consumer trends and interactions between categories and across price segments
  • Maintain, augment and enhance the company’s existing price & share modelling efforts
  • Build key functional capabilities through combination of existing team development and new appointments

PROFILE:

  • Graduate in Economics or equivalent area
  • At least 6 years of experience in pricing, promotion, sales analytics, finance and/or category management
  • Significant experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment (consumer goods strongly preferred)
  • Thorough understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems (i.e. SAP / BI /BPC)
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Influencing, leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong oral and written communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to influence and secure cross-functional support
  • Experience in strategic analysis & planning and execution, performance metrics, project evaluation, commercial acumen
  • Analytical skills and business acumen to build strong business cases to drive core business decisions and change/innovation
