Mission and Core Accountabilities

The Market Development Manager is responsible for the growth of Division sales through the Distribution Channel. There will a strong focus on identifying opportunities for improvement and growth of the existing distributor network and proposing new products and solutions to the Engineering team by understanding customer points of pain. He reports into the Division Marketing Manager.

Profile & Experience Requirements

  • Marketing & Engineering degrees and experience
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing, sales, product management within an international company and B2B environment
  • Fluent in English – additional languages are a plus (French, German, Italian)
  • Sound knowledge of the Fluid Control Market
  • Senior managerial experience in Sales / Marketing within highly competitive industrial market
  • Ability to influence senior staff
  • Broad business experience in a multi-cultural environment and multi-divisional matrix organization
  • Excellent market research skills, ability to clearly express market and customer needs & pains
  • Autonomous with excellent team spirit and motivational & personal skills
  • Travel required within Europe (up to 60%)
