Client: Important multinational leader in its reference sector
Main duties and responsibilities:
We are searching for a dynamic Managing Director with a passion for Sales and for leading and developing successful teams. This position steers the sales activities within one of our main markets and has the responsibility for sales growth, productivity, efficient management and for implementing the Company´s strategy within the market.
• Lead, inspire and develop the Company’s managers and staff;
• Define and execute local short- to long-term sales strategies in line with the group´s growth plans & priorities;
• Manage sales by implementation and execution of the sales strategy, guidelines and objectives;
• Identify further opportunities for growth, to stay on top of market trends and requirements;
• Support implementation of common business processes;
• Support the further digitalization of our internal ways of working.
Profile:
• Academic business or technical education;
• Strong sales and general management background;
• Strong leadership abilities to energize, inspire and empower people;
• Result driven, clear priority setting;
• Proactive, energetic, drive;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluent in English.
