REF. 3740: HR BUSINESS PARTNER
Client: Major multinational leader in the Ophthalmic Sector
Position Description: The position holder, reporting directly to the Senior HR Business Partner based abroad and, functionally, to the Country Manager Italy, will be responsible for all Human Resources Management activities for the Italian subsidiary.
Specifically, he/she will be responsible for the following activities:
- Organization design, business transformation and change management
- Employee branding & recruitment
- Performance & talent management
- Engagement & retention
- Learning & development
- Employee relations, works council, rewards
- HR systems and reporting.
- Regional HR projects.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Social Relations, Law.
- Excellent spoken and written English
- 7-10 years’ previous experience in a generalist HR role, ideally gained within a multi-cultural, multinational and matrix environment
- Good knowledge of local employment/labour laws and collective bargaining agreements
